Questions and answers from Rape of The Lock by Alexander Pope
Describe Belinda's toilet as presented in the Rape of the Lock.
In "Rape of the Lock" by Alexander Pope, Belinda's dressing table was filling with various silver vases of paints and powders. They are arranged in a beautiful order. Caskets of various designs appeared there. In one of these caskets, there were bright beautiful jewels which were imported from India. There were also best perfumes from Arabia. There were speckled combs made of tortoise shell and white ivory ones in some other box and there were glittering pins arranged in rows. Puffs, black patches and love letters were lying on the table too.
